Recruiting Event at Arthur D. Little

On December 12, Arthur D. Little (ADL) is hosting a Recruiting Event at our Rome offices. The event is dedicated to (under)graduate people who are interested in pursuing a career at the oldest consulting firm in the world. After a company presentation, you will take a Math’s and English test; afterwards, you will work on a business game in little groups under the supervision of ADL Consultants.

The morning will end with the presentation of the results of the group work and networking at lunch. If you are positively evaluated, we will invite you to individual interviews in the following week.

Candidate Profile

You are our ideal profile if you are an (under)graduate or recent graduate in STEM disciplines, with an excellent university track record, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, an aptitude for teamwork, mastery of English, and willingness to travel. Experiences abroad, university exchanges, and knowledge of foreign languages are all aspects that will be considered favorably for selection.

Your career as a Strategy Consultant will start with a six month internship, aimed at a permanent placement. In this role you will:

• Use strong quantitative and analytical skills to integrate and evaluate data
• Work with clients and team members to develop and implement innovative solutions
• Take advantage of coaching by a mentor, who will accompany you on your journey in the company
